Overview
Brand new offering for a select customer group, this application provides them with construction progress and key stats of their IBX sites across the globe.
My Role
- Close collaboration with Business and IT to understand the requirements
- Continuous discovery to identify the key customer pain points and create an E2E user journey with multiple touch points
- Draft detailed E2E interaction flows based on stakeholder agreements

Series of solution offerings which enable cloud networking, storage and firewall services across different locations for customers.
My Role
- Lead the UX discovery efforts throughout the project life cycle
- Worked with a set of designers to create a complete user journey
- Continuous collaboration with different sets of product teams to understand the complete architecture and products' offering

MANAGED SERVICES
Overview
A UX refresh task of a legacy experience within the application. This application enables a customer to view and manage their purchased servers and connections.
My Role
- To analyse the existing usability gaps for performing a thorough UX audit based on heuristics, including the key user pain point of performance of the page
- Showcase the findings and work on the UX discovery based on the audit
- Cross team engagement to align with the proposed user experience
- Ensure the E2E experience adheres with the design system guidelines

Self-service repository which caters to both, internal and external users. The goal was to design an enriching experience keeping the curent pain points and increasing feature demands.
My Role
- Conduct a thorough problem analysis and provide a solution keeping complex technical constraints in mind
- Conduct user interviews for understanding the problem statement
- Design high levels conceptuals for stakeholder alignment
